Rachel Bultje,
MClSci, Speech-Language Pathologist

Rachel is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who believes meaningful communication is rooted in collaboration, trust, and understanding. She holds a Master of Clinical Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Western University and is committed to providing family-centred care that fits naturally into each family’s unique lifestyle.

Having grown up in a lively home with four siblings, Rachel knows firsthand how busy and unpredictable life can be. This perspective shapes her approach—she values flexibility, empathy, and creating functional goals that make sense in real life, not just in the clinic. Her goal is to support families by co-creating strategies that are both practical and empowering.

Rachel has training and experience in supporting children with speech sound disorders, motor speech disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental language disorders. She draws on evidence-based practices and tailors her approach to each individual, always prioritizing connection and comfort.

Whether working one-on-one with a child or collaborating with caregivers and educators, Rachel is passionate about helping clients thrive in the moments that matter most—at home, at school, and beyond.
