Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Co-owner
Mark is the co-owner of Expanding Horizons Occupational Therapy. He studied at the University of Ottawa and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in psychology. Mark began his career as a behavioural rehabilitation therapist working with individuals with traumatic head injury and as a personal support worker and teacher. Most recently, Mark worked in the hospital setting for nearly 20 years as a psychometrist and completed neuropsychological testing with children and youth providing him with invaluable experience with this population. In addition, he works as a psychometrist in private practices in the Ottawa area.
Mark is fully bilingual, providing services in both French and English. His latest feat is the completion his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and joining the Expanding Horizons’ team working as a qualifying Psychotherapist.
Mark is a loving husband and father of three beautiful children. In his free time, Mark enjoys music, spending time outside with his children & exercising.
