Karina Rodgers

Student Occupational Therapist

Karina is excited to be joining the team as an Administrative Assistant. 
She is currently in her second year of a Master of Health Sciences in Occupational Therapy at the University of Ottawa. She graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Sciences in Human Kinetics and has a post graduate certificate in Brain Disorders Management. She is fluently bilingual in both English and French. 

From teaching swimming and dance lesson, to managing the children’s program at a local library, Karina developed an affinity for working with children, as she finds the creativity, resilience, and compassion they encompass is inspiring. Karina has experience working with individuals of all ages and exceptionalities and believes in the importance of supporting others as they work towards finding meaning and purpose in their lives.

In her spare time, Karina enjoys outdoor activities, travelling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
