Occupational Therapist

Emily obtained her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree at Queen’s University. She attended Acadia University to complete her Bachelor of Kinesiology in the beautiful town of Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

Emily is a friendly, problem-solving individual with a passion for collaborating with children and their families to enable participation in meaningful daily activities. She has a range of experience working with others of all ages and ability levels which has helped to strengthen her strong interpersonal skills. Emily has a love for learning that continues to help her grow professionally and personally.

Emily values creating an open and safe environment for clients to achieve their goals through meaningful intervention strategies. She has years of various pediatric work experience and has a strong interest in the area of child and youth mental health.

In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time in nature, camping, listening to music, reading, doing puzzles, and spending time with her two cats, Finn and Loki.
